How to find reliable contractors for flip or buy & hold projects?
Finding a reliable and experienced contractor is the biggest hurdle that our investors face. So much so that it can deter some investors from getting into the market at all. The online resources most of our investors use to help the vetting process of contractors are MyHouseDeals and Angie's list.
Are there any other resources that the BP community likes to utilize to get over this hurdle?
