Brick ranch house and looking for a investor.

I am from Rhode Island and landed upon this deal. House needs about 20k in repairs. Do not know anyone from North Carolina and was wondering if there was a investor out there or someone with a investor who could help close this deal. The deal will not be able to close until October because family is moving and will not retire until October. Motivated seller. I used the bp calculator and will send pdf.
