More than anything, I need someone who can learn any job or able to outsource tasks if unable to do them on their own. Experience in real estate, airbnb, marketing are all pluses but not necessary.
Pay will be commensurate with PERFORMANCE. Valuable education/mentoring is a huge perk of this job.

Gross rents started at $3000/month in the first month and now has topped at $28,000/month. In order for this business to grow, I am looking for a part-time assistant who can prove himself to become a full partner in the coming years.
