Looking for a young person who is responsible, quick to learn, hungry to learn from an experienced investor.

I need someone who "gets it"  who can see the vision long-term and have the discipline to work hard now to reap the HUGE benefits later.

More than anything, I need someone who can learn any job or able to outsource tasks if unable to do them on their own.   Experience in real estate, airbnb, marketing are all pluses but not necessary.

Pay will be commensurate with PERFORMANCE.   Valuable education/mentoring is a huge perk of this job.   

I have a growing Airbnb business that started with one single property 7 months ago, and now at 5 properties.  Gross rents started at $3000/month in the first month and now has topped at $28,000/month.   In order for this business to grow, I am looking for a part-time assistant who can prove himself to become a full partner in the coming years.
