Great flip opportunity in Meadow Park 75244. Strong comps support a solid ARV with plenty of spread for the cosmetic rehab needed to be ready for the top of the market. Roof looked flat but may need a new shingle. Foundation walked flat. HVAC 2005, seemed in working order
