We have a note for sale that would be perfect for an IRA/401K purchase or long-term buy and hold investors.

Buy from me for $72,500. The current face value of the first mortgage note we are selling is a hair over $112K. 8% interest. $850/mo payments. 14%+ IRR if it goes full term. Much much higher IRR if it pays off early (likely).

The buyer put $50,000 down. Collateral is a pretty nice house worth $130K. If you want to get more information; let us know and we can get that to you.
