Need Private Cash Lender - 35k - Purchase of Property in Durham
Wanting to Buy a property in Durham NC from a For Sale By Owner, where the house is in excellent condition, but willing to sell below well market value. My intent would be to buy the property, and turn around and put it right back on the market with my real estate agent to sell for top dollar. A quick good investment!
Most of my money is tied up in other projects at the moment, but would only need 35k more to to purchase the property.
