Greetings! 

Our company is making a HUGE push to buy everything we can on the South and West Sides of Chicago these last few months of the year.

We have been paying cash for buildings in Chicago's south and west sides for over 30 years. We are NOT "wholesalers". We take the deed to all the properties we make offers on. We pay hard Cash for Single Family homes and 2 flat buildings in the south side and west side of Chicago. Any shape, any size, any condition. We typically close all deals in the same week!!
