Got $10,000 Loan approval 18 Months for $577.81 per month @ 5%

Need to know if anyone would pay $850 in advance of getting this loan.  Been told it was a Scam.  Thus, will share proceeds with anyone that can prove offers from Rod Aycox like this is not just an loss of the said $850 processing fee
