Looking for lenders in Appleton Wisconsin area

Hi, I'm currently reviewing a number of potential investments in the Appleton, Wisconsin area (I'm moving here from the Central Wisconsin area) and would really know who are the best local lenders. Prefer local vs national chains.

I've already reached out to a number of local banks directly (Community First, East Wisconsin, Capital Credit Union, Bank First, Wolf River).

If you have specific lenders at any of those lenders, or someone else at another local lender that you highly recommend, I'd love to to hear from people's first hand experience as that's always better than starting off cold.
