    Not extensively with expireds. 

    Although most expireds will get you sellers who are unmotivated and unrealistic about pricing, you should be able to succeed with them with the right messaging and follow up systems, and of course hitting enough of them to make it count.

    If I were to go after those, I'd look into what Hoss Pratt is doing on the agent side and modify those systems for my market.
