Hello,

I am currently seeking partners to join me in acquiring a 30 Unit Apartment Building in TN. Out of the 30 units, 29 are occupied. Based on projections, this property will produce in excess of 30% COC ROI. I am seeking the funding to complete the purchase (in addition to my personal funds) and complete a few cosmetic repairs to bring some of the units rates to market.

Seeking active investors and/or partners who want to put their money to work for them.  I'm open to all financing offers and would love to discuss this more with anyone.
