Looking for more Private Money lenders in Utah

We are Northern Utah flippers (predominately in Ogden, but we'll flip pretty much any and all properties in Weber/Davis Counties). We have roughly 16 flips under our belts over the past two years and we want to do 15-20 in 2019 alone. To do that - we need more money :) We have a small group of private money lenders currently and we're looking to expand it immensely. What we're looking for:

Minimum investment: $25,000

Minimum term: At least one flip (roughly 3 months

Expected interest rate: Variable, but most likely 10-13%

If you have lazy money and want to invest, we'd love to talk to you. If you don't have money but know people with deep pockets, we'll pay a finder's fee if you connect us.
