Selling a 2-family in Silver Lake Providence (60 Webster Ave) via auction at the property on Tues Oct 2nd at 11am. This is not listed on MLS. Based on interest we've had, expected selling price may be somewhere around 60 or 70. Open to inspection by potential bidders at 10am on the day of the auction. Deposit to bid is $5000 deposit certified check, cashier's check, or cash only. Balance of purchase price due in or within 30 days or deposit will be forfeit. Sale will be by WARRANTY DEED and sold free and clear of liens and encumbrances. Taxes will be prorated to closing day and water & sewer bills will be paid.
