House in Indian oaks: rent or flip
Awesome flip or rental in Lake Worth! Our best comp is on Deleware, it is a little bigger than us listed at 125k and sold for 130k in 4 days! Nothing special about the rehab. We are pier and beam with a converted garage. The house is laid out pretty well considering how small it is. Has a great side yard, corner lot. House needs a little bit of everything, will be a great project for a new or seasoned investor, because it has multiple exit strategies. Even with a full rehab you will be under the 1% rule, great cashflow!
