Looking for a Newbie Friendly Private Lender

Hey, guys! 

I recently got into Real Estate with the hopes of becoming financially independent. I live in central Arkansas, near Little Rock, and I have a wife and two children that I rarely see because I am a teacher. I spend a lot of time at work, planning lessons, or in meetings; something I would like to change with a career in real estate investing. A highly experienced friend of mine is helping me learn the ropes, but I still need money to finance my first solo flip/rental.

I'm not wanting to do much more than a duplex/ single family home, so I will stay at or below $150k. The kicker is that I am looking for a lender that will work with a 0% down payment. As I said, this is my first solo venture, but I do have the knowledge and the drive to make this deal work out for all parties.
