Mentor/Partner in Colorado Springs

I’ve been listening and following BiggerPockets for about 2 years now. Fresh out of college with no debt and stashing about $3000-4000 a month for my first investment property. I’ve lived In the Colorado Springs area for about 20 years and would like to start my investing career in my hometown.

I’m gone about 2-3 weeks a month for work (hence how I save so much money). But am ready to start putting my money to work.

I have no problem putting up capital for a deal, or hard work. The week or so I am off I really want to fill with hands on experience in real estate. Whether that be helping renovate, search for deals or just shadow what all you professionals are doing (I’ll even buy you coffee).
