Excellent opportunity to buy an AIRBNB Rental or a long term buy and hold property for passive income with a chance to build equity in the heart of buzzing San Jose Downtown. With Google Village and many other top hi-tech companies expanding in the downtown area, this would definitely have some good upside in the next 5 years both on rents and on equity build. The rentals indicated are for passive long term renters.
