Looking for property management recommendations

Looking to rent my SFH in Redmond, WA and want to start with using a property manager. Contacted Windemere but they wanted 1 month rent + 10% of the monthly rent. This seems outrageous. Is there a standard goIng rate for property management? Any other property managers who can offer sImilar servIce wIthout the high fee? Thanks, Derek
