HUD Approved in Sacramento

Hi all!

I have 2 houses I want to write offers on....they are both HUD homes and my broker needs to be HUD approved.
We have already signed up but are in the waiting game mode now.

I am looking for a broker who is HUD approved and will allow my broker to co broker and write a couple of offers using your HUD approved brokerage for a flat fee per accepted property.
