I have a pre-approved borrower client who's completing her residency as a physician at U.C. Davis Medical Center near the downtown Sacramento area. She's seeking a fixer-upper whereas she can move into the property during the renovation. She’s  pre-approved up to $450K and will be using either the FHA 203K or the Fannie Mae Home Style renovation loan for financing but seeking to purchase a property in the range of $275K resulting in an ARV up to $350K. Below is the borrower/buyer's criteria:

NOTE: My client is seeking a property within a 15 minute commute near her job located at U.C. Davis Medical Center near the downtown Sacramento area. She will also consider purchasing a renovated move in ready property as well up to $350K.

Price Limit: $275K Acquistion - $350K ARV
