Seeking Partner For Flip I Have Under Contract

I’m seeking a funding partner for a deal I have under contract in Raymore, MO. Raymore is about 15 minutes south of Kansas City. This property located in the Silver Lake Subdivision is 4 bed, 3 bath, 4900 SqFt home. Property was currently being rehabbed so much of the demo is done. I am seeking funding for either the purchase price or the rehab.
