Looking for Hard Money Borrowers
We are expanding our hard money lending portfolio in south east US. Please reach out if you are looking for hard money loans and bridge financing on investment properties. We can close quickly, usually 65-70% LTV and 75% of rehab budget, and like to build long term relationships with our borrowers. Also, I am new to better pockets and would love to hear what many of you look for in hard money lenders.
