Dallas SFR near the Zoo that needs a lot of work!!!
This house sits as a 3/1/0, 1599 sqft located in the Edgemont subdivision of Dallas. The foundation was repaired/beams replaced within the last month. Other than that, the house will need a full remodel including new roof, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. I have also budgeted to add a second bathroom and repave the concrete driveway. I have put our NPO at 180k which should be more that achievable after the complete overhaul.
