Commercial Lenders Massachusetts

Hi Bigger Pockets,

I am looking for recommendations for commercial lenders in MA. I have been looking at 2-4 unit properties where conventional financing would work when I can across a 5 unit property that could be a great investment.

Thanks for the help

Bill

@William Shea I'd talk to the local banks - Rockland Trust, Eastern Bank, Webster Bank.

I've been using Rockland Trust since the early 1980s and can't say enough good things about them.
