Amazon is coming! Turn key NEW apt building SW Ohio

I am a developer/builder from Clinton County, Ohio. I have a multifamily lot in a good area of the town where up to 21 units can be built per city code. We already have a strong economy, and Amazon just announced they are coming to the county airport to open a large sorting hub, and they have a great deal of room for expansion here! Who wants a new, maintenance free, turn-key apartment building?
