Looking for Properties to Buy

I am new to Bigger Pockets and am looking for off market single family homes, duplexes, triplexes and four plexes to flip or BRRR. I live in Olympia WA and would look at any deal along I-5 from Chehalis up to Tacoma. I am a licensed realtor and constantly watch the MLS. I am looking for wholesalers, or anyone else, that has a property that they need to sell and close quickly. I have access to cash and can close quick. Thanks!!
