Spacious Single Downtown = Happy Tenants! Leased + Cashflowing!
Now, this is an interesting specimen. To achieve a solid rehab meant an all new interior and electrical, foundation and plumbing repairs... to be succinct, it was a heavy rehab. But the end result looks great!
