I am licensed agent in Georgia but focus solely on sourcing OFF market deals through marketing efforts, preforeclosures, REOs etc. The majority of my business is repeat business at this point but I am always looking to network with investors that are looking for discounted deals that would make for great rentals with equity or fix and flips.
