Soon to be Rent Ready Duplex in St. Paul, MN

Great owner occupant duplex opportunity in West Seventh St. Paul, Minnesota. Both units are 2 bedroom and 1 bath with shared laundry in the basement. The property is just a few weeks out from finishing up the rehab. Some of the updates consists of new finished bathrooms, new counter tops, new microwaves in both units, new dishwasher in bottom unit, lighting/fan fixtures, security doors, and paint.
