3. Learn how to analyze if a property is a good deal or not FOR YOU
4. Learn how to estimate rehab costs and what should or should not be budgeted for repairs
5. Learn negotiating skills for dealing with sellers and contractors
6. Access to other knowledgeable investors, lenders, and future exclusive off market investments opportunities
7. Small class sizes (12 student max per class) to allow for a unique 1 on 1 experience with the trainers
