Hi,

I’m wholesaling a house near downtown Milford CT. I am looking for a licensed contractor to give me a line by line bid on repair to cash buyer. The property needs quite a bit of work. I can also make an introduction to the buyer once we are close to the deal as it doesn’t seem like he has his own dedicated contractor.
