@Edgar B Cordova you're looking for a loan at 4% interest? Normally, I would just scroll on but I have to say, no offense, but who would loan you money at 4%? I can get 3% on a CD and 8%-10% on the low risk side in real estate lending. Expect to pay 8% interest or more, depending on the deal
