Oklahoma - Recently Renovated 100% Rented Turnkey 8-Unit Portfolio

$4,804/mo Total Rent - FSBO $320k (1.5% ratio)

Property manager already in place...TURNKEY!!

I picked most of them up within the last few years, and am happy to keep them myself for the cash flow, but would be open to selling at a 1.5% ratio for $320k because I have my eyes on another deal I could purchase.

Property management is 8% of rent for each, insurance is approx $70/mo per rental, avg property tax per rental approx $37.50/mo. All utilities are tenant's responsibility as well as lawn maintenace.

Unit 8: 3 bed/1 bath - rents at $650 - Renovated w/in last two years.

Unit 7: 3 bed/1 bath - rents at $561. Renovated 2017.

Unit 6: 4 bed/1 bath - rents at $550. Fourth bedroom addition 2017.

Unit 5: 3 bed/1 bath - rents at $728. Well maintained as they all are.

Unit 4: 3 bed/1 bath rents at $595. New interior paint job.

Unit 3: 3 bed/1 bath rents at $550. Recently Renovated.

Unit 2: 3 bed/1 bath rents at $585. Renovated early 2017.

Unit 1: 4 bed/2 bath rented at $585. Fully renovated 6 years ago.
