Looking to buy in North Carolina (Charlotte & surrounding)

Good morning BP nation, I have a serious buyer looking to purchase (multifamily preferred, but single family's that could rent for $600-$900 are welcome) in North Carolina (Charlotte and surrounding areas). I'm looking for wholesalers in that area that have inventory right now. He'll be making a trip down there next week on thursday and want to do some deals. Please contact me for more info.
