General Contractor Wanted to Rehab Single Family Homes in Philly

I am looking for general contractors that specialize in rehabbing single family homes in the West Philadelphia neighborhoods. 

Finished products are rental homes. 

Licensed and Insured GCs only. 

Please tell me how you work with out of state property owners. Someone that can give a general estimate based on a full property listing on the MLS a plus.
