Greetings!  I've recently moved to Rochester, MN, and am trying to find a multi-family property (or portfolio) for purchase.  I've had a difficult time finding multi-family properties that are either in decent condition or in a reasonable part of town.  If anyone has a property they're considering selling or knows of any, I would greatly appreciate a message!  Thanks.
