Traveling professional looking for a lender

I’m looking for a lender to fund my first deal, which will be a small unit in Monroe, la that I intend on furnishing and either air b&bing between my visits or offering short-term leasing marketed to traveling professionals like myself. What I’m looking at is in the 80K range. I have some money to put down.

About myself: I’m a and health professional residing in Houston in a home I own. I also own a new private practice but I currently spend about 1/3 of my time traveling to Louisiana to take on lucrative contract work in my field until my own practice gets busy enough to reach the desired level

Of profitability. Currently my income is a mix of W2 and 1099.

I spend approximately $600 a month in Monroe Louisiana staying in an air b&bs and it feels like

Throwing money in the garbage. Id rather put that $600towards a payment and gain some equity while establishing a relationship.

This could turn into the start of a mutually beneficial relationship. I’m in a unique position to be a licensed optometrist in different states. I have the ability and the relationships to travel to other cities between Louisiana and Texas to be able to work for a nice check when my own office is slow. The point of this is to demonstrate I would be able to comfortably make reasonable payments.

I’m starting with Monroe, la because it’s currently the city I’m consistently spending the most on for lodging. This world is new to me and I may not have the proper terminology down. My personal
