Los Angeles Broker referral (Experience working with investors)

Hi All - I'm in the koreatown area and have been approached by a broker representing an investor who is interested in purchasing my property. I'm considering engaging in discussions to better understand the offer and details but I think an experienced broker who has dealt with a similar situation to represent us would be helpful. Please let me know if there are any broker referrals in the LA area who have had experience with something similar.
