My podcast, Fear Free Passive Investing, is looking for guests and I'd love to interview anyone with experiences to share! I interview passive commercial real estate investors about overcoming fears they had when beginning to invest. I'm looking for guests who hold a job, but have chosen to passively invest in syndications, REITs, crowdfunding, etc. My goal is to help potential investors who might be on the fence about real estate investing, but need actual stories to help them get over their fear.
