If you are buying property out of state in Cleveland and you aren't doing your due dilligence you're going to get slayed. It's that simple. Be smart.
- Get a 3rd party inspection.
- Get an analysis by a local expert. (that's me obviously, yaaaa freaks!)
Take a look at this analysis on a Lakewood duplex. https://youtu.be/eQkz4ySDRxM my client used this analysis to get a savings of around $8,000 from the seller. The analysis only cost him $500! Find a better ROI than that yaaaa freaks!
