The Executive Assistant, or EA, will be in charge of the back end and behind the scenes work for our real estate sales and investment team. This position is the most crucial position in our teams crazy day to day lives.

There will be four main responsibilities (among other daily/weekly/monthly tasks) for this position: transaction management for all team real estate sales, property management handling tenant interactions and maintenance requests and bookkeeping, marketing of all team listings while creating and maintaining a lead generating system for past/current/future clients, and finally, building/refining systems to help make our team as efficient as possible.

The Executive Assistant will handle all client relations during the "under contract" period. They will call all clients with an update twice each week. They will be paying bills, submitting payroll and working with the bookkeeper and CPA and depositing checks. They will maintain all office equipment, supplies and cleanliness.

Objectives:

Grow the business

- Manage social media, marketing and lead generating efforts

- Manage the database, call twice per year, implement 33 touch and 8x8

- Consistently grow the database

- Take and qualify all incoming calls

- Listing support and marketing manager- order photos, signs flyers etc

- Support and implement prospecting system for the lead agents along with follow up system

- Drive direct mail program

- Analyze properties for clients, call for financials

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $36,000.00 to $42,000.00 /year
