Hello!

I've done a few fix & flips and am looking for 40% funding for a deal in Blythe, Ca ($50k) I'll come in with $30k for purchase and the rest for rehab.

ARV is $140,000

I will be BRRR this r\property. It is a duplex with $1,600 in rent.
