My name is A.J. Rittner and I am the owner of Direct Home Buyers. Our company buys or sells houses primarily in Metro Detroit area. We buy houses from homeowners who need a real solution to a real estate problem.

This job is challenging AND rewarding. You get to help solve homeowners problems and have the opportunity to learn and grow your own real estate empire. You have to be a decisive, forward thinker who can follow up with leads, and work independently.

Direct Home Buyers will do the following for you:

*Make up to $50,000 ++ (Earn 50% per deal up to $25,000. Job is commission only)

*This will start out as Part-Time: within 60-90 days to Full-Time

*Flexible hours - We don’t usually care when or where you work, but you will need to be available for appointments with sellers during business hours

*Personal Growth - Help grow your income and learn how to invest in real estate at the same time

*Learning - Be coached towards developing yourself personally, professionally and financially

At Direct Home Buyers, you will be responsible for:

*Creating self generated leads by making offers on:MLS, Zillow, and Craigslist,

*Finding leads alternatively: Driving for dollars or door knocking

*Calling leads in our CRM and following up daily

*Meeting with sellers, evaluating and taking photos of the property

*Making weekly offers and getting signed contracts

*Helping the company reach team and personal goals

*Helping with the growth of the company by inputting suggestions for improvement

Measurable's

*Must maintain a minimum of $25K in revenue per month after day 90

*Must obtain first purchase contact within 45 days of hire.

*Must maintain minimum average profit of $10K per deal

*There will be no ceiling on how much you can earn. It all depends on how many contracts you can get signed!

The ideal applicant is self-motivated, driven, and willing to overcome any obstacles to achieve his/her goals. No prior experience needed but one year sales is preferred. Don’t even think about applying unless you have the hunger to succeed and learn the real estate business.
