Matt Theriault's "Your First Deal course" and JVing deals

I would like to start by saying I am new to wholesaling and have done a lot of research on the subject. I am ready for my next move which is finding a motivated seller, but I decided to buy Matt Theriault's "Your first deal Course" so I could learn more as I moved forward. So far I'm not happy! I bought the course on my phone, made an account and after that I couldn't do anything else. I could click on a lesson or get anything on the page to work. Now my heart is racing because I'm thinking I might have just gotten SCAMMED. I checked my account and the money was taken out...but I didn't get a conformation email or anything. I tried to get on from my computer, just as bad. It wont let me sign into my account at all now and keeps trying to get me to sign up as a new member. So I emailed them and I'm waiting to hear back.

I am also looking for someone who is willing to JV deals. I don't have much to offer in return, besides the usual 50/50 split. My dreams, goals, and family's future are tied up in my success in this business so failing isn't an option for me. I hope someone local can understand my determination and is willing to work together.
