I'm a buy hold investor (10+ yrs success) and found 2 very GOOD cash flowing SFR's in Colorado Springs. One is a 2000 sq ft 5/3/2==4-level== in high end zip code, turnkey. The other is a smaller 4/2/1, older, in an established central location and is also turnkey.
