Looking for Commercial Loans No Seasoning Period Lowell Mass

Hi I am looking for a commercial loan for a condo I own in Lowell Massachusetts. It is part of a 3 unit HOA. It is in great condition built around 2006. I will have a tenant for it soon. I recently bought it so I need a loan that does not have a long seasoning period if any. I am looking for 30 year amortization, a rate no higher than 6%, ltv >= 75%, the loan will be for roughly 230k. please reach out
