I’m an out of area investor (due to military) looking for deals in the Charleston, SC area. I have financing available, and am ready to invest. I’m willing to partner with established investors with good track records. Due to my military service, I’m not as available as I’d like to be. I’m doing the same thing here in the area of my duty station.
