The site provides a single location to browse the available off-market inventory in Oklahoma at any given time. Posted deals are not restricted to a single company or small group of sellers. All wholesalers, turn-key providers, realtors and private sellers may submit their deals to the report. All buyers, regardless of experience, location or local connections may access every deal. There is no cost to post properties or view the report.
