Contractors in Milwaukee - HELP!

As some of you may know, Marty Boardman and I just purchased a rehab property in the suburbs of Milwaukee. It's nearly a full gut (probably close to $100K rehab), and we'll be using pretty much every contractor trade for this project.

I'm in the process of vetting and interviewing contractors, but would LOVE to get some recommendations from other investors in the area who can refer quality contractors who are accustomed to investor pricing (plus, if we can give them lots of work, they'll probably give you better pricing next time as a thank you :).

Just some of what we're looking for:

- Electrician
- Plumber
- Carpenter (both framing and finish work and everything in between)
- Sheetrock
- Painters
- Roofing/Siding/Gutters
- Demo
- Cabinets
- Flooring

If you have any contractors in the Milwaukee area that you can refer, feel free to send me a PM or an email. Marty and I will be in town next week to get bids and start the project...
