150 Unit Investment Opportunity
We just got an amazing deal under contract in Orange, TX where we have the ability to force the value up by 6 mil in two or three years.
Chevron is building one of largest petrochemical refineries in the US, with construction starting in 2020. This will double the working population and give us a tremendous opportunity.
We just got this under contract last week, and have already raised 1.3mil, and don't have much further to go.
